It is my deepest belief that we are all meant to live in pleasure and purpose... but somewhere along the way, many of us lose sight of what that means or even feels like!  Between motherhood, marriage and entrepreneurship, I know what it can feel like to be carrying more than your fair share and getting overwhelmed by the logistics of life.
